Consultants for all air personalities. This is done through
critiques of monthly on-air checks. We have found this to be a very
effective training tool for our personalities. |

Production - provides mentoring for the following staff: Lisa Davis,
Mike Wahl, Kerri Herbst and Jonathon Karell on proper
use of production equipment and production style. Also, all
part-time employees are involved in continuing training. |

understanding of the Stations' overall operation and offers each
