Consultants for all air personalities. This is done through
critiques of monthly on-air checks. We have found this to be a very
effective training tool for our personalities. |

Production - provides mentoring for the following staff: Lisa Davis,
Mike Wahl, and Kerri Herbst on proper
use of production equipment and production style. Also, all
part-time employees are involved in continuing training. |

Tom Swank, GM/Sales Manager - reviews
sales department with each on-air individual. This provides a better
understanding of the Stations' overall operation and offers each
individual a better opportunity to decide what part of the radio
business they would like to continue in. |
