The Licking County Commissioners recently approved a measure to place a 1.5 mill levy on the November ballot that would support the Licking County Board of Developmental Disabilities. The levy would renew an existing one-mill levy and add a point five-mill increase. It will cost the owner of a $100,000 home an additional $17 or $18 per year. The current levy is set to expire at the end of 2017.
