Heath Lions Club Annual Easter Egg Hunt

The Heath Lions Club will hold their Annual Easter Egg Hunt at 12:00 Noon on Saturday, April 20th at John Geller Park in Heath. Children age 11 and under are invited to participate. The park is located at the end of Cynthia Street which runs off of South 30th Street. The field will be sectioned off by age group and a section for special needs. Over 166 dozen candy filled plastic eggs will be put out for the children to find. Some of the eggs will be marked as prize eggs and will entitle the lucky child that finds the egg to a stuffed animal or Easter Basket. The Easter Bunny will be on hand to talk to the children so parents are encouraged to bring their cameras. The event will be held rain or shine. In the event of rain the eggs will be bagged and passed out in the shelter house. This annual event is a community service project held each year by the Heath Lions Club. It is for the enjoyment of the local children from Heath and surrounding area and there is no charge for the children to participate.
