Carol Strawn Center Caregiver Education Class

The Carol Strawn Center will offer a Caregiver Education Class titled "Balancing Caregiver Responsibilities". During this class you will learn to identify caregiver stressors and how to deal with them. They will discuss local community resources that can help in assisting you with caregiver responsibilities. Last, you will learn about respite options that you can utilize to get a break from caregiving. Please join The Carol Strawn Center for this informative class on Wednesday, May 22nd from 1:00-3:00 p.m. at: Newark Public Library, 101 West Main Street in Newark. The class is free for Licking County seniors, 60+ years old A donation is requested for those under 60 years old. but pre-registration is required.
