KOOL 101.7 Charities

 KOOL 101.7 and 790am WHTH support the needy children in Licking
County every Christmas with our various KOOL 101.7 Charities, including
the "Salvation Army Toy Drive for Needy Kids" and the City of Newark
Firefighters "Adopt A Family" Program.

Every year, we supply the majority of the toys distributed in Licking County by
by the Salvation Army.  

This is done through your generous donations of new and good, clean used toys, 
cash donations, and fundraisers.

Our Toy Drive has no operating costs, meaning that every penny raised buys
toys.  Plus, several generous local merchants permit us to buy toys at a
discount so that our toy buying dollar goes even further. 

Our goal, is to make sure that no child goes without a toy each Christmas.
